This includes not only funding grants, investments in companies that are improving lives of women and girls, as well as other ways of providing capital to those who are improving access to women’s healthcare. Dr. Shaber describes providing low-interest private debt out of the endowment and how impact investments like this allow their grants to be more impactful.
