CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: MANAGING DIRECTOR / GENERAL MANAGER

Are you passionate about media for good? Do you thrive in moving organizations from early to mid-stage startups? Do you want to be a part of the purpose economy? Come join us!

Giving Compass, launched in 2017, is aggregating the resources that donors crave to increase the impact of their giving. Americans give $400B per year to support a wide range of causes, and over 70% of those dollars are directed by individuals. But are we getting the full value for society from those contributions?  Eighty-five percent of donors say they care about impact, but only 32% do research before giving, and only 9% compare organizations. Donors find it difficult to access the information, tools, and support to inform their decisions about how and where to give. We help donors who are making significant contributions and want to give with impact. In the US there are nearly 10M households with an annual income above $150,000 year and over 75% of them give to nonprofit organizations.  We harness the best of technology and blend with the knowledge of the social sector to help donors learn about what works, explore new ways of giving, and deepen their ability to give with impact.

We value diversity, open & honest communications, agility, customer centricity, collaboration, and we are data-driven. We offer excellent benefits, a fun work environment, competitive compensation and extraordinary opportunities for growth and making a positive impact on society.
