The Vaid Group is a social innovation, design and consulting firm that works on projects that advance equity, justice and inclusion. We are an incubator and accelerator of socially impactful initiatives. Our projects include work on criminal justice reform and systems change, anti-poverty organizing and advocacy, community centered design and research, racial and gender justice, LGBTQ rights, reproductive justice, human rights. We provide research, donor advising, organizational and program design and operational support, leadership coaching, convening and facilitation, strategic planning and creative strategies.
