100% Talent Wage Gap Summit

Women's Funding Alliance

About

Join 100% Talent for our second Wage Gap Summit event, addressing the gender wage gap and gender equity in the workplace.

Our keynote speaker is Jonathan Sposato, Co-founder of GeekWire, PicMonkey and WeCount.org and author of “Better Together: 8 Ways Working with Women Leads to Extraordinary Products and Profits”. In 2015, Sposato was the first male investor who vowed to only fund startups with at least one female co-founder. Each attendee will receive a copy of Sposato’s book to take home!

In addition to the keynote, we will hold a day of learning and sharing while addressing the following topics through panels, conversation and Q&A:

  • Caretaker Penalty?: How Breaks in Employment Adversely Affect Women and Sustain the Gender Wage Gap
  • The Future of Work: Using Technology to Increase Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace
  • Tools and Metrics to Measure and Understand Gender Gap Data in Your Organization

A full list of our speakers and schedule for the event to be announced in January 2019.

Doors open at 11am; full program with keynote and breakouts starts at 11:30am, and runs through 4:30pm. Immediately after the program, we’ll have time to enjoy the beautiful backdrop of art over light appetizers and beverages, (this is included in the registration cost for all attendees, as well as lunch and gallery access).

Our key audience will be local Employers, Employees, HR and Benefits and Compensation Managers, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leaders, Business Professionals, and anyone who is interested in the topic of workplace equity.

Working together, we can create a more inclusive community!
