Native Americans in Philanthropy will hold its 30th Anniversary Summit over two days during mid-September, in the beautiful and exciting downtown Chicago. The event will be held on Wednesday, September 18 and Thursday, September 19, and features a number of activities hosted at the Field Museum and University of Chicago’s Gleacher Center. The theme for this special experience is “Together We Rise. Together We Soar.”
The Summit concludes with an evening cruise on Lake Michigan to celebrate NAP’s 30th anniversary. The cruise will be a time for celebrating Native Americans in Philanthropy’s history and accomplishments while enjoying good food, drink, entertainment and each other’s company on board the regal Odyssey.
We believe that the incredible movement building work across Indian Country over the last three decades has been transformative. This work has built a critical foundation for the Truth and Healing Movement that our land, Mother Earth, Native and non-Native peoples, need and deserve.
Please join us for our Summit and Celebration, and together let us renew our friendships, relationships and allyship while renewing our commitment to Truth, Healing, equity and justice.
This event is for staff and board members of organizations in Mainstream Philanthropy, philanthropy-serving organizations (PSO’s), Tribal Leaders, Tribal Philanthropy, Native Program Officers and other important allies.
