Funders Together to End Homelessness – Los Angeles Network invites private philanthropic foundations to their next meeting on June 26. This session will explore the intersection between racial equity and homelessness, including how national funders are approaching the issue and local opportunities to address it.
We will be joined by a dynamic panel of guests, including Amanda Andere of Funders Together to End Homeless, who will share information on this national network and what she is seeing in the field; Marqueece Harris-Dawson, former nonprofit leader and LA City Councilman, who will share his insights on equity and homelessness in South Los Angeles; and Peter Lynn of Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, who will present on the latest Homeless Count.
