The Exchange 2018: Scaling Impact Together

The Social Impact Exchange and Morgan Stanley

About

The theme of The Exchange 2018 is How Philanthropy Can Help Lead an Era of Cross-Sector Collaboration. During the two days, we will address key issues of how the social sector can better collaborate with the private and public sectors in support of systems change and achieving impact at scale. As always, we will combine both knowledge sessions and opportunities for taking direct action. This year’s attendees will include more than 400 high-net-worth donors, foundations, individual philanthropists, wealth advisors, and industry leaders attending the event to learn together and to explore collaboration opportunities.

We are also thrilled to announce that our keynote speakers include Alan Alda, renowned actor, writer, and advocate for science communication;Howard W. Buffett, Adjunct Associated Professor of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University; Mandell Crawley, Head of Private Wealth Management, Morgan Stanley; Whoopi Goldberg, award winning actor, producer and humanitarian; Matt Goldman, Co-Founder, Blue Man Group; Stephen Heintz, President, The Rockefeller Brothers Fund; Jeffrey Hollender, Co-Founder and former CEO, Seventh Generation; Don Howard, President and CEO, The James Irvine Foundation; John Kania, Global Managing Director, FSG; Kathleen McLaughlin, Senior Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer, Walmart Inc; President, Walmart Foundation; Hadi Partovi, Founder and CEO, code.org; Hilary Pennington, Executive Vice President for Program, Ford Foundation; and Kyle Peterson, Executive Director, Walton Family Foundation.
