Feedback Summit 2018: The Expected Thing

Feedback Labs

About

At previous Summits, we’ve discussed how feedback is Right Thing, the Smart Thing, the Feasible Thing, and the Powerful Thing to do. This year, we are going to talk about how to make it the Expected Thing to do.

Join us in thinking about how to “tip” the field – rapidly accelerating shifts in norms and practices. We’re looking for catalysts of the feedback movement. Who is building the large-scale carrots, sticks, tools, and incentives needed to make a lasting change in the way we listen to constituents?

Our motto for this year will be “Actions speak louder than words.”Feedback Summit 2018 will be driven by action-oriented leaders in philanthropy, aid, government, impact investing, and frontline service delivery. Join us.

Feedback Labs is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We have to cover our costs, but are accepting applications for potential scholarships to cover partial, or full attendance costs. If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit an application here.

We have reserved a block of rooms for our attendees at the Renaissance Washington DC Downtown Hotel. You can book a room here.
