We often talk about the need for better results, but may lack the time and resources to make substantial improvements in our work. This can leave us coping with bad process, lost productivity, low engagement, and living with constant crisis.
But there is a problem-solving framework that is nimble, easily learned, and helps us to react to the changing needs of our work environment.
Lean Experimentation is a framework that engages staff to learn from small, rapid tests of change. The experimentation cycle is designed to help staff learn & quantify what works and what doesn’t, on their way to improving their process and practices. Done well, Lean Experimentation helps teams innovate more efficiently, build new services that meet the needs of their constituents, and develop disruptive solutions to seemingly difficult problems.
