Massachusetts Food System: Policy and Practice

Host Organization: Foundation for MetroWest, MetroWest Health Foundation, Middlesex Savings Bank Charitable Foundation, Philanthropy Massachusetts, and Sudbury Foundation

About

The food system – every element of food production, processing, marketing, and consumption – touches everyone who eats. It also connects issues like the environment, land use, the economy, equity, public health, and education. As community-based and statewide nonprofits innovate, educate, and advocate toward a sustainable and equitable food system, they are addressing all of these issues and more, creating networks that are transforming how Massachusetts interacts with food.

Join us for a panel presentation! Discussion speakers will include statewide and community leaders, funders who have invested in these efforts, and others.
