Racial equity, diversity, and inclusion (REDI) are increasingly important topics of discussion in institutions but where to begin and how to start operationalizing REDI can be overwhelming. This program is for you if you are curious about how to implement REDI in your institution and you want to learn how others engage in it from different sectors. You’ll hear from the alumni of NCG’s Racial Equity Action Institute and take away some tips, tools, and frameworks to help you and your institution make progress.
