Seattle Equity Summit

On April 26, 2019, the Satterberg Foundation will bring together 125 civic, business, and philanthropy leaders with practitioners, advocates and experts to share strategies for advancing equity in education, housing and economic mobility for people of color and other marginalized groups. The overarching aim of this summit is to contribute to a new model and set of best practices for systemic change in Seattle and Washington State, for a future where prosperity is broadly shared.

The summit will showcase community leaders who are grappling with the challenges of systemic change through the lens of equity and social justice. Speakers will discuss how they are implementing change strategies and engage with an audience that can help support and leverage the work.

Unlike other summits, the Seattle Equity Summit will take learnings and turn them into actions by the end of the day, inspiring real solutions in real time.
