A deep understanding of philanthropic trends and dynamics can help not-for-profit organizations develop innovative fundraising strategies as they seek to fulfill their missions and positively impact their communities. Join Katz, Sapper & Miller and Dr. Anna Pruitt from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy on July 23 as we discuss the latest trends in philanthropic giving and insights from her work on Giving USA Foundation’s annual report on philanthropy.

Dr. Pruitt is the managing editor of Giving USA and associate director of research at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Giving USA is the longest-running study of the sources and uses of philanthropy in America, providing nearly 70 years’ worth of data on giving trends in the U.S.

The presentation will cover the following topics:

  • Philanthropic trends across the U.S.
  • What the data means for 2024 and beyond

  • Obtain a better understanding of where your organization should be investing time and effort to obtain philanthropic dollars.
