As the world’s largest companies have recently noted, they and all other corporations have responsibilities that go beyond maximizing shareholder value. Consumers and employees are increasingly demanding that companies do well by doing good, but it can be challenging to bring forward a company’s social purpose while aligning stakeholders.

So, BECU and The Riveter are bringing together women leading corporate social responsibility in local companies for a conversation about working for and leading in a company with purpose.
