CDP Atlantic Hurricane Season Recovery Fund
About
All signs indicate that the 2022 hurricane season will be a daunting one even as disaster and emergency resources continue to be stretched thin because of COVID-19.
The CDP Atlantic Hurricane Season Recovery Fund supports initiatives that prioritize communities devastated by Atlantic hurricanes, especially those facing systemic barriers to equitable recovery.
We focus on meeting medium- and long-term needs such as rebuilding homes and livelihoods, mental health services and other challenges identified by the affected communities that arise as recovery efforts progress.

About the Host
Disaster philanthropy has become an all-too-necessary practice in recent years. Yet donors still are challenged to determine how, when, and to whom to give to have the greatest impact. The Center for Disaster Philanthropy helps individual, family, corporate, and institutional donors answer the question, “How can I help?” more easily and quickly in the wake of a disaster. The Center provides a platform of learning and connection with leading disaster experts and other disaster philanthropists that brings more private money to disaster response efforts.
