The CFSCNY COVID-19 Response Fund will support organizations providing essential services to the individuals and communities in the most rural counties served by the Foundation; Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, and Tioga.

We know that non-profits in the entire region are facing unprecedented demands for services as the pandemic evolves, and our four most rural counties, with some of the most isolated and vulnerable communities and individuals, are in dire need of funds.
