In response to what we have heard from organizations across the region, we have joined with other funders to provide financial support for specific needs in the community which are not being addressed through other efforts. A gift to a COVID-19 Relief Fund supports our community beyond the central human service needs that require support now and going forward.
Supports the immediate and long-term unmet needs of our community and local nonprofits, supports the urgent health-related needs, supports the critical needs of the small business community amid the crisis of COVID-19, and supports the critical needs of the regional arts and creative community.
The Community Foundation creates permanent, positive change in southeast Michigan through thoughtful philanthropy. With generous support from thousands of donors, the Community Foundation is building permanent endowment for the region and helping individuals, families and businesses fulfill their charitable goals.
