The COVID-19 Relief fund helps northern Nevadan healthcare professionals caring for the ill at great personal cost to themselves and supports nonprofits helping our most vulnerable residents.
Grants are intended to help front line healthcare workers and their families in our area as they deal with stress, anxiety, and exhaustion. Additionally, the Fund will grant to nonprofit organizations helping those who don’t qualify for federal assistance or unemployment, and to those who are most vulnerable in our community.
Established in 1998 as a Nevada nonprofit 501(c) 3 Corporation, the Community Foundation of Western Nevada has distributed more than $130 million in grants and scholarships from 240 charitable funds to strengthen our Nevada home.
