This Fund was established in partnership with the United Way of the Capital Region. Together they are committed to serving their most vulnerable community members by providing responsive supports to our long-standing and trusted nonprofit community partners on the frontlines. Funds will be released on a rolling basis as fundraising continues throughout the outbreak and recovery phases of the crisis, making it possible to move resources quickly and adapt to evolving needs in subsequent funding phases.
Provided efforts will seek to expand local capacity to address the outbreak as efficiently as possible. Should donations raised through the fund no longer be needed for COVID19 relief, remaining funds will be used for future disaster relief in the area.
