Grow Power Fund

About

The Grow Power Fund provides long-term support to efforts led by young people to advance gender justice in the U.S. The fund awards grants of up to $40,000 a year for general support, capacity building and coaching. Its goal is to advance the political power, well-being, and self determination of communities of color and low-income communities in the United States. It also seeks to increase the scale and sustainability of work led by young women of color; trans, intersex, non-binary, gender non-conforming, and queer youth of color; and low-income communities. Areas of interest include racial and/or economic justice, immigration justice, reproductive justice, trans, intersex, gender non-conforming, and queer justice; HIV/AIDS justice, disability justice, and anti-violence and/or anti-criminalization work.

To advance leadership and self-determination of vulnerable young people by supporting emerging youth-led feminist, trans, and queer organizations among communities of color and low-income communities.
