ineedana.com is the largest, most up-to-date resource for people seeking abortions in the U.S. With 3, non-personally-identifiable information, we give users their closest clinics, relevant laws, and local support resources like abortion funds. We do this in both English and Spanish online and via an SMS text line. We pride ourselves on making the user's experience calm, concise, and clear. We're seeking funding to continue to maintain this resource and expand! This year, we've got 3 core projects
- Scaling our data management team to prepare for sweeping legal and provider changes after the Supreme Court decision is finalized.
- Better connect people with funds & practical support organizations on the ground in their state or to the state they may be traveling to if their state has severely restricted or banned abortion access.
- Design a new experience to help people (both abortion seekers and support organizations) compare the pros and cons of various travel and SMA options.
We're a small, scrappy, and bootstrapped team so *every* donation means the world to us! Monthly recurring donations in particular (no matter how small!) really help us better plan for the future!
