The Jewish Federation of San Diego County, Jewish Community Foundation of San Diego and Leichtag Foundation have partnered to establish the San Diego Jewish Community COVID-19 Emergency Fund. The accelerating scale of COVID-19 calls for a coordinated, streamlined response to support those who are most vulnerable and impacted in San Diego’s Jewish community. These critical situations demand that we come together as a Jewish community to care for the most vulnerable among us.
Donations will go towards supporting a variety of actions taken in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. Support will be provided to local organizations serving vulnerable populations, Jewish community needs, and public health.
The Jewish Community Foundation partners with individuals, families and community organizations to help them achieve their philanthropic goals. As a primary, trusted and expert resource for philanthropy, the Jewish Community Foundation of San Diego will engage, educate and inspire generations of givers throughout the Jewish community.
