Kern County COVID-19 Relief Fund Fund

This fund will address the immediate and longer-term needs of our region’s most vulnerable residents who are impacted by the coronavirus.

To provide grants to Kern County nonprofit organizations serving vulnerable populations and/or those who can present a clear case of direct impact due to the medical or economic effects of the pandemic.

Like community foundations across the country — and around the world — the Kern Community Foundation enables philanthropic people to support the causes they care about, immediately or through their will. After establishing a charitable fund at the Foundation, our donors recommend grants — in their name, if they choose — to nonprofit organizations they want to support. Through their generosity, our donors make a difference in Kern County, and they will continue to impact our community for years to come.
