Community Response Fund Fund
About This Fund
Marietta Community Foundation has created the COVID-19 Community Response Fund to support community-based organizations working with the COVID-19 outbreak and its consequences here in Washington County. This fund will be used to support Washington County nonprofit organizations that are involved in frontline efforts to serve the needs of those most affected by the virus and contain the spread of COVID-19. Such organizations include area agencies on aging, community action programs, food pantries, and other organizations that address hunger and provide food.
The Foundation is encouraging local donors to contribute to the Community Response Fund and ensure local dollars provide local assistance. By contributing to this fund, donors can take a proactive approach and help with both short-term and long-term solutions regarding COVID-19.
