The Spartanburg County Foundation remains committed to improving the lives of Spartanburg County residents by promoting philanthropy, encouraging community engagement, and responding to community needs. We understand this is a difficult and alarming time for Spartanburg, our state, our country, and our world. It is imperative that we do our part as your community foundation and promote the practice of preventative action.
Many of our neighbors will be greatly impacted by steps taken to reduce the spread of the coronavirus. The Spartanburg County Disaster Relief Fund remains readily available and is focused on supporting the nonprofit organizations working first-hand to slow the path of the virus.
Donations made to this fund will help provide financial support to local organizations working on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic and serving the needs of the most vulnerable in our community.
To help build the capacity of nonprofits, the Spartanburg County Disaster Relief Fund remains in place to address any type of disaster that affects our community. This fund presents the opportunity to support those nonprofits working daily to address disaster issues our community faces, that currently being the COVID-19 outbreak.
We partner with individuals, families, businesses and corporations, nonprofits, and professional advisors to foster change, share knowledge, convene around important issues, and maximize impact in the community.
