To meet the rapidly changing needs of our community due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Stateline Community Foundation has activated an Emergency Response Fund. Stateline Community Foundation, Inc. will cover all fees so 100% of your donation supports our local nonprofits. Should the Emergency Response Fund exceed needed COVID-19 relief, the Foundation will restrict the remaining funds for future disaster relief in our community.
Our staff, although working remotely, is in constant communication with local government, community leaders and our nonprofit partners to understand the rising needs and to assess the impact on our most vulnerable populations. Initial conversations identify food security, shelter, transportation and childcare as immediate needs.
In order to meet their most critical needs, a streamlined grants process has been developed to quickly and effectively distribute these funds to our local nonprofit organizations.
The Stateline Community Foundation encourages, supports and facilitates meaningful dialogue on issues affecting each of our communities, and works with philanthropists to develop creative solutions to meet critical community needs. Since its inception in 1986 The Stateline Community Foundation has helped public-spirited citizens find ways to address community problems. The funds it manages now number in the millions. Through them, donors support numerous organizations and serve a variety of extraordinary causes. Donors and funds all share a common purpose: to make the Wisconsin, Illinois Stateline region a better place to live, work and play.
