The recent and necessary COVID-19 mitigation efforts will cause a whole new set of problems for those we serve and our partners serving them. United Way of the Lakeshore Volunteer Center is coordinating community-wide efforts.
Food distribution, daycare, basic needs, and so many other ways, the needs in the next few weeks need additional funding, additional volunteering, and additional collaboration.
United Way of the Lakeshore - uniting to inspire change and build thriving communities. We work to end poverty by focusing on education, income stability and health. Our bold goal is to help 10,000 more working families to meet their basic needs by 2025.
