The Ballot Initiative Strategy Center Foundation (BISC Foundation) conducts research on public attitudes towards issues and the role of ballot measures in democracy. They strengthen democracy by supporting civic engagement, partnering with organizations, and advocating for policies that protect direct democracy and progressive ballot measure wins. BISC Foundation also focuses on expanding their presence within the civic engagement community through various communication channels.
