Mission

Our work is grounded in a love for the Black community, and a commitment to seeing our people achieve their fullest human potential.

We are a capacity-building network that builds the research, leadership, communications, legal, campaign, and non-profit management capacity for institutions that share our vision for Black liberation and dig deep into the pressing issues facing our communities. We are a network with a commitment to long-term, principled struggle with one another as brothers and sisters in collective work to shift society towards greater expressions of Black Liberation.
