Chicago House aims to play a critical role in eliminating new infections and getting to zero by 2030 and believes that housing is essential to ending the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Annually, we serve more than 2,400 individuals and families across four program pillars: housing, health, employment services, and the TransLife Care program.
