We stand for culturally responsive training for staff, culturally responsive curriculum and teaching for students and the critical foundation of positive adult culture in all schools
Representation
We believe all schools should seek to hire and retain a diverse faculty that elevates diverse voices and ensures that students see their identities and experiences reflected in leadership
Restorative Justice
We stand for restorative approaches to difference in which everyone's human dignity is respected - with students and adults. All voices should be part of restorative conversations.
