Georgia Working Families Power, fiscally sponsored by Working Families Organization
Mission
Georgia Working Families Party helps elect progressive candidates committed to economic, racial, social, gender, and environmental justice, using the power generated through electoral and organizing work to win tangible victories that make a real difference for working families in Georgia. The Working Families Party began organizing in Georgia in 2017 to elect Stacey Abrams as governor. Since then, WFP GA activists have built a deep progressive political infrastructure across the state that has trained more than 100 candidates, campaign managers, and political staffers through three pipeline training programs as well as changed the face of leadership in the state with candidate wins up and down the ballot.
