Mission

We are ¡HICA!—a community development and advocacy organization that champions economic equality, civic engagement, and social justice for Latino families in Alabama.

Through our various programs, each of which individually address social, civic, and economic integration efforts, we empower Latinos to successfully adapt and integrate—all so they have the opportunity to achieve their dreams and aspirations.
