Hood Incubator

Mission

The Hood Incubator is committed to ending The Drug War by 2040.

The drug war continues to rage in America. Even in states with legal cannabis, drug war enforcement policies continue to disenfranchise millions of Americans, with devastating effects in Black communities.

There are over 48,000 draconian drug policies on the books that lock survivors of the drug war out of opportunity and limit their access to education, employment, public benefits, housing, child welfare protections, voting rights and immigration rights.

The Hood Incubator activates and empowers drug war survivors to end the drug war by 2040. Drug war survivors, often unrecognized, are a powerful voting bloc, millions strong. They are a network that crosses gender, race, geography, and socio-economics.
