Mission

Since 2015, we’ve proudly served central Indiana’s youth with educational and reading support through the CDF Freedom Schools program. With long-term academic success at the forefront of our mission, IFSP offers a six-week summer program to help overcome the “learning loss” many children experience over summer break.

Regardless of your socioeconomic standing, religion, race, color, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity/expression—we serve all central Indiana youth in need. Our essential reading programs ensure no child is left behind so that they can get the most out of their education. Once enrolled, our scholars gear up for a six-week program where parents are also engaged to ensure the reinforcement of program success in the home.
