Justice Outside promotes racial justice within the outdoor and environmental movement through grantmaking, anti-racism training, career development, and capacity building. They graduated 39 outdoor educators in Fresno and provided equity training to 43 organizations nationwide. The Rising Leaders Fellowship offered virtual programming and engaged participants in a participatory grantmaking process, with 21 fellows completing the program in 2021.
