LeadMO serves as a centralized talent hub to scout, train, coach, retain, and advance diverse leaders who will catalyze and power the progressive movement in Missouri across sectors and election cycles. Through staff development and candidate training, LeadMO is focused on developing a diverse pool of leaders that represent the best of Missouri today with a vision of where Missourians want to go in the future. By uncovering, training, and networking the next generation of civic forward leaders, LeadMO provides a multiplier effect for progressive change by cultivating and connecting the workforce and talent strategy to build a better Missouri.
