Outside the Box Inc

Mission

Outside the Box Inc empowers individuals with disabilities to be leaders in their lives and create meaningful days. They provide person-centered services including life skills training, career planning, community inclusion, and job development. With a small participant to staff ratio, they offer individual guidance and counseling, job placement, and follow-along services. Their goal is to help individuals create a more meaningful life and career. They currently serve 125 people daily and provide employment services to 70 people.
