Mission

ReSOURCE YouthBuild presents a transformative journey for young adults, blending academic achievement and trade skill development with community service, to foster a new generation of skilled, community-oriented individuals.

Across the nation, young people are transforming their lives and rebuilding their communities. They are graduating from school, supporting their families, and restoring their neighborhoods.

ReSOURCE offers the only two YouthBuild programs in the state of Vermont. In addition to construction trade job skills, our focus on energy efficiency, including weatherization training, fully integrates the work of relieving poverty and protecting the environment with job skills training.

The ReSOURCE YouthBuild program will make a positive and lasting difference in the lives of our youth. Through our program design, we empower youth to serve as active members of their community, helping those most in need while they pursue their futures.
