The Oath

Mission

The Oath in itself is an educational model that concludes with a ceremony where participants commit to planet, inclusion, and adventure. Through the workshop, we aim to create a supportive environment that brings out the best in people, and through that, we aim to understand and change systems that do not serve us. The Oath is inspired and grounded by the Reasonable Person Model and Systems Change thinking. These two concepts offer theories and practices that have been studied, observed, peer-reviewed, tested, and proven successful effecting social change.
