This project will upgrade the existing health care and educational systems for women and girls in 28 rural villages in NW Cameroon, through skill training, social economic development, women's rights and gender equity. . It will also resolve the need for the JRCCA MPC and Urgent Care Center. The urgent care center, school and meetings can be held indoors with the upgrade of the guest house!
The existing Njah-Etu Health center in Meta NW of Cameroon is inadequate, was constructed in 2003, went functional with very limited facilities, to wit; a small pharmacy with no steady supply of drugs; a maternity ward with four (4) beds only; a patients ward for both male and female patients consisting of four (4) beds only; a children's ward, with four (4) beds; in addition, a small consultation room, no diagnostic equipment, a small room for laboratory, no equipment , and no supply.

Many deaths in the area come from diseases which are preventable and that the health Care center will provide them access to proper assistance to help them collectively build efforts to prevent communicable or other preventable diseases that impede socio - economic development of women and girls. . As a result, given basic education, and adequate health care, these women and girls could become healthy and economically productive.
