Join us for an interactive webinar focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the nonprofit sector and philanthropy, and how demographic data is helping inform discussion and practice.

Data can help bring clarity and understanding to where we are, as individual organizations and as a sector, track our progress, and inform our practices moving forward. Kelly Brown will provide an overview of the sector; Dolores Estrada and Amanda Holm will discuss their organization’s approaches to DEI in their grantmaking and nonprofit engagement.

Discussion topics will include how (and why) foundations collect demographic data from their grantees, challenges/opportunities that lie ahead in both the collection and use of this data, and how this dataset can inform nonprofit funding decisions. Time will be set aside for Q & A.
