Meetings! Some of us love them, some of us dread them,but when they’re planned and facilitated well, meetings can help nonprofits achieve goals and be a space to live out our values. Do you have the skills it takes to plan a meeting, get the right voices in the room, and guide the conversation productively? How do you handle tense moments? Can you facilitate objectively when you also have an opinion about the outcome? How do you manage participation and inclusion when there are participants who have more social influence or positional power than you?   This workshop is for beginning and intermediate facilitators who are curious about these questions. Come spend the day learning how to make facilitation choices that reflect your values, and practicing your skills.
