Making 2019 Your Year to Care: Global Health and the PNW

Host Organization: Washington Global Health Alliance and Pacific Science Center

About

The Pacific Science Center’s Science in the City presents the Global Health and Development lecture series with a panel centered around one question: why should our local community care about improving health globally? Hear from a panel of passionate experts who work in the global health field as they help us better understand the critical value of local efforts in this field while also building a compelling case for why we as a community should pay attention to healthcare news, issues and research on a global scale. If one of your New Year’s resolutions is to learn how you can help make the world a better place, this event is for you.
