COVID-19 Relief Fund

With children out of school, businesses temporarily closing, performances shuttered and workers being laid off, there has never been a time where community support and financial resources have been more badly needed. United Way of the CSRA and the Community Foundation for the CSRA have partnered to create the CSRA COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund. The fund will support those most vulnerable to the economic and health-related impacts caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Through the partnership between our two organizations, the CSRA COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund monies will be directed to vetted, local nonprofit partners who are providing critical services AND we will provide monies to individuals and families for immediate needs related to this crisis.

The mission of The Community Foundation for the Central Savannah River Area is to encourage and promote philanthropy through education, responsible management of charitable contributions and the distribution of these funds, and to provide the conduit for this to be accomplished by individuals, companies, private foundations and organizations.
