COVID-19 Rapid Response Fund

COVID-19 is dramatically affecting the world and the communities we serve; our grantees, collaborators, and constituents are facing unprecedented challenges. It is our purpose, as a justice funder, to assist our partners and organizations in Massachusetts who are committed to racial and economic justice in ways that are responsible and responsive to the current pandemic.

Grants of $500 to $5000 will assist grassroots organizations and prior ECM Grantees. We are committed to learning from grassroots organizations about what is needed and will remain open to a wide variety of requests as they arise.

Grants of $500 to $3000 will assist Episcopal Faith Communities in supporting the most marginalized and vulnerable members of their congregations and those in their wider community who will be most impacted by COVID-19.

Episcopal City Mission builds relationships and collective power across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for racial and economic justice as the expression of God’s transforming love. We do this by developing, convening, mobilizing, and funding prophetic leaders in Episcopal communities, grassroots organizations and faith-rooted organizations.
