Mission

The East Bay Community Foundation is a leading resource for mobilizing resources and community leadership to transform the lives of people in the East Bay with pressing needs. We have identified two, inter-related issues that can lead to this transformation: support for young children to succeed with a focus on the critical period from birth to third grade, and enhancing the economic opportunities for adults and families, particularly those with significant barriers to achieving employment and financial stability.
