Mission

The Texas Organizing Project Education Fund (TOPEF) engages Black and Latino communities in the three largest metro areas in Texas (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio) through year round community organizing, leadership development, and civic engagement along a multi-issue agenda including: access to healthcare, family-sustaining wages, benefits and job training, neighborhood infrastructure, housing justice, criminal legal reform and immigrants’ rights.
