The opportunities under s are enormous for states and communities. I mean you can indeed be more nimble and flexible with the way you deliver education. I'm not worried about the states that are gonna do the right thing when they're given the flexibility. I'm worried about the states that are gonna find the easy way out. A lot of my I think progressive colleagues have pointed out, and I agree with them, states haven't always done what's best for minorities.
