Admiral James Stavridis is a retired 4-star officer in the U.S. Navy and was the first naval officer to serve as Supreme Allied Commander of the NATO Alliance. Admiral Stavridis previously served as commander of U.S. Southern Command and is currently an Operating Executive at The Carlyle Group.
